In this section, we indicate the purchasing process and the rights and obligations you have. This document, along with the legal notice and the privacy policy, is mandatory for reading and acceptance to access our programs and services that we offer.

By purchasing a product from our company, you agree to our Policies, Standards, and Conditions, which are established below.

What is the purchasing process on the website?

  1. You can choose the products you are interested in buying and add them to the shopping cart.

  2. Once you have finished selecting the products you want to buy, go to the shopping cart section at the top where you can add or remove products at your discretion before proceeding to the payment button.

  3. It is possible to purchase without being a registered user. You will be provided with the necessary information to make a purchase. Those fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory and necessary to provide the service correctly.

  4. Please note that offers and prices may vary or be modified; those you see on our page are the valid ones.

  5. Once you make the payment, we will proceed to prepare the order and send it to the email and/or WhatsApp you indicate in the same purchase form. Along with: Description of your order (example: 1 Windows 10 pro + McAfee as a gift​)

  6. If you want the shipping process of your order to be immediate, please write to us at our WhatsApp 0993463014, where you should indicate the photograph or screenshot of your respective payment along with your first name, last name, and email address. Once your payment is verified, your order will be sent prioritized.

  7. We will send you your invoice with the additional information you provide (first name, last name, ID number, and address)

Warranties, Withdrawals, and Returns


Software Warranty

  1. The License Store obtains its licenses from verified suppliers and maintains traceability of the origin of the licenses. We are confident that the licenses are valid and do not have illegal origins.

  2. You have a period of 5 business days to verify the license. After that time, you lose the right to any claim for invalidity. This is because we cannot guarantee that the buyer will not resell the license.

  3. After the activation of the license, you will have a 1-year warranty on functionality.


Defective Licenses

In case of an error, we recommend that you check your Internet connection and the correct configuration of your equipment, as well as the technical specifications of the license.

If the license still does not work, you should try it on another device to determine if the problem is with your terminal. Do not reinstall on a device without properly ensuring that you have uninstalled it from the previous device. If the license does not work, please contact novagroup.oficial@gmail.com or our cell/WhatsApp 0993463014. We do not guarantee refunds in all cases, but we commit to managing the complaint with the manufacturer to find out why the license does not work. If it is indeed due to us, we will provide you with a new license.

We do not refund the amounts of licenses under all circumstances.

In case a license does not work and after a confirmation process of its malfunction to ensure that you have not sold or manipulated the given license, we will provide you with a second license free of charge, which must be used immediately. However, under no circumstances will a third license be issued without a thorough investigation by our specialists and verification of the entire batch to which the license in question belongs to confirm whether it is an isolated incident or an exceptional failure that could occur in an entire batch; in such a case, a new license would be sent, otherwise, there would be no refund.

Right of withdrawal


  1. The Right of Withdrawal does not apply to Software licenses. 

  2. We will not issue refunds for valid licenses. The reason is that once the activation code is discovered, it is impossible to guarantee the confidentiality of the key.

This is in accordance with industry regulations, so we invite you to read the consumer legislation on the matter:


Article 103. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to:

….i) The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software programs that have been unsealed by the 

consumer and user after delivery…


…m) The supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium when the performance has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer and user with their knowledge that they consequently lose their right of withdrawal…

The Right of Withdrawal will only be exercised for products that do not correspond to licenses for intangible products except for the exceptions provided in the Law:

  1. To request the right of withdrawal, the period is 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product

  2. If the product is returned in normal conditions, a full refund will be processed within 14 calendar days following the receipt of the product at our facilities, this is because we will immediately sell the returned license to eliminate the risk that the person requesting their refund will resell the license, provided that it is not due to misuse by the customer or does not have a significant decrease in value due to its use.

  3. The refund to the consumer will be the total amount of the purchase, that is, the price of the product plus shipping costs.

  4. If you have any questions, you can use the chat, email, or phone listed on our website.

  5. The requested information -provided completely voluntarily- is recorded in an automated file called "Claims", which will be used to process the claim according to the established procedure and for the company's statistical purposes.

  6. By submitting the claim, you consent to your data being communicated, as appropriate, to the entity being claimed, Confianza Online, or other arbitration systems that the website may have, which will always be described in the legal notice.

You have the right to access the provided data, correct it, or cancel it, in accordance with the provisions of the European Organic Law 15/1999 on the Protection of Personal Data and its implementing regulations.


Special prices for Computer Stores and Distributors.

Unless otherwise indicated in a special contract to that effect, the prices for distributors will be under the same conditions with a volume discount that will be determined individually for each interested company.

General Sales Conditions

  1. The seller is responsible for the offers, prices, and descriptions of the products, as well as the logistical aspects of shipping and consumer rights. 

  2. The public price is according to what has been agreed upon by the seller.

  3. The seller does not assume responsibility for force majeure, incorrect use or against the manufacturer's instructions, criminal uses, and in general any inappropriate use according to the rules of good faith and proper use of the product following the manufacturer's instructions.

  4. The seller is not responsible for the incorrect use of the products, false data, or omissions of data that make shipping impossible for reasons attributable to the customer. We recommend that you follow the sales instructions and always contact us in case of doubt before purchasing.

  5. The reservation of products or their accumulation in carts without prior payment does not generate any rights or binding contract. The contract is only perfected once the payment is effectively disbursed in our account. It may happen that someone gets ahead in the purchase of a product and we run out of stock before you make the payment. Therefore, we recommend purchasing by logging in and paying instantly in cases of limited stock.

  6. In the event that a paid product is not available due to an error by the company, an alternative of equal or higher value will be offered or the amount paid will be refunded within 48 hours.

  7. We are not responsible for opinions and product ratings made by third parties unrelated to the website.


Observations

  1. We will not accept any rules other than those described here.

  2. We do not accept verbal or written contracts that do not have our electronic signature. We expressly waive any understanding that the exchange of emails or others that do not have a written header with the word contract have their own validity or differ from what is stated in this document.

  3. For confrontations or disputes, you can contact our technical department; we make an express arbitration submission to the rules of conduct established by the Association and the ethical Code of "Confianza Online".

  4. The page is subject to possible price variations.

  5. Coupons or discounts cannot be added once payment has been made and must be entered in the designated space before completing the purchase. They are non-transferable and subject to the date and terms indicated in the promotion.

  5. For informational purposes only, the client is informed that the approximate resolution time of Confianza Online for any dispute is one week.
